Our Caribbean inspired number. It’s a bunch of fresh ripe pineapples mixed up real good with our aged green chilli mash, trini scorpion chillies, mustard and handfuls of dried thyme. It’d go pretty good on some holiday ham, steaming rice or even firing up some scram on toast.
