A mid season shake up to our seasonal blend as we’ve had an exciting new arrival at the roastery. La Providencia from Guatemala has been a staple in this blend for the past few months. We love this coffee for its creamy texture and sweet character and we’ve paired it with a fresh arrival from the hallowed mountains of Nariño, Colombia.  Tablon de Gomez is a tiny area in Nariño where the weather is cool, the rain is plentiful and the soil is perfect for quality coffee. 

As a blend its got a very creamy body and jammy sweetness with rich chocolate notes. So here it is, a super simple, super decadent and fresh seasonal blend comprised of two epic origins. Enjoy!
